Mr. Brodeur has 35 years of real estate ex-perience and has worked across the United States, within Canada and the Caribbean, and in London. His real estate projects have included the full range of property types: rental apartments, office buildings, industrial parks, shopping centers, golf courses, subdivisions and large-scale developments. Mr. Brodeur has advised clients on the economics and feasibility of 10,000-acre, mixed-use new towns in the Sun Belt. He assisted in an $8 billion loan restructuring regarding the Olympia & York office portfolio in New York City. In Florida, Mr. Brodeur served for several years as Regional Manager for the New York consulting firm Landauer Associates after receiving the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Brodeur is a graduate of North Carolina State University, with a major in Engineering. He completed United States Air Force ROTC training and served as an officer in an Alaska missile defense command.
