David J. Hirsch has over 23 years of experience in assisting businesses and their owners complete their acquisitions and mergers. Using a holistic approach, he assists his clients in all aspects of their transactions, from structuring and negotiating key elements, to finding needed capital, to solving the problems that inevitably crop up as a deal progresses. Mr. Hirsch works closely with clients to identify long-term and short-range goals and the potential risks and pitfalls of the transactions being considered. He also works with clients to develop strategies for avoiding or minimizing risks, identifying and evaluating acquisition targets and developing overall corporate strategic plans. Mr. Hirsch earned a B.A. degree from the University of Chicago and a J.D. degree from the Ohio State University College of Law.
